Greek Residency
The Greek golden visa program is an investment-based immigration program, directed mainly to individuals or families that want to have a second home from home for security, free travel within the European Union and Schengen area or other reasons. It applies to the whole family. Husband, wife, and any children up to the age of 21. Also, the parents of both the applicant and spouse can apply. The main rationale behind the program is to provide a Permanent Residency to anyone willing to make an investment in Greece.

Businesses
Applicants must invest at least €500,000 in sectors like Energy, Tourism, Food & Beverage, Export-Oriented Manufacturing, Logistics, Life Sciences, or ICT to meet residency requirements and positively impact national development and the economy.

General
- Granted within 2-3 months
- Issued for 5 years, renewable every five years indefinitely, as long as the real estate property(ies) remains entirely at the ownership of the main applicant
- Spouse, dependent children up to the age of 21 and parents of both applicant and spouse are eligible
- No actual residency requirement and no minimum stay requirement
- No language requirement
- Investment in residential property with the possibility of renting out with good return
Main Services
- Provide all necessary information in relation to the PR program
